Wow...NO OVERDUES OR LIBRARY FINES !I had a look at Project Gutenberg online catalog, one category that intrigued me was "audiobook human-read". After checking that field I also discovered "audiobook computer-generated". I'm not sure whether they would sound much different when coming through speakers/headphones.
World eBook Fair states there are 220,000 eBooks from the Internet Archive and like a paper library free access to researchers, historians, scholars and the general public.
eBooks are certainly the way of the future!!
Will people still want to "read a book" by that I mean hold a book and turn the pages, yes I think so at least for a little while longer...
